Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of buzzyautomation.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Buzzy Automation LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services. We design, build, and run custom software and automation for businesses: storefronts, service intake and dispatch, front desk automation, customer and admin portals, integrations, and brand and product assets. Every engagement starts with a written build plan. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in a signed agreement with each client before work begins.

Demos on this Site. The interactive demos and phone screens on this Site show fictional businesses and sample data, built to demonstrate our software. They are examples, not a statement of the industries we serve or of any client's results. No real payments are processed in them, no real appointments are booked through them, and any names or figures shown are for illustration only.

Billing & cancellation. A build is a fixed price, invoiced as agreed in the client's signed agreement, typically a deposit before work starts and the balance at go-live. The monthly plan, which we call Care, begins at go-live and continues month-to-month; either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. You keep ownership of your own accounts, data, code delivered to you, and client list throughout and after the engagement.

No professional advice. We build software, not professional services. Nothing our systems say to a client's customers, including any AI-assisted messaging, is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Any question that needs a licensed professional is the responsibility of that client's own qualified staff, not us.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.

Intellectual property. The Site's design, copy, and code belong to Buzzy Automation LLC. Code and systems delivered to a client under a signed agreement belong to that client as the agreement states; our underlying tools, templates, and know-how remain ours. Accounts set up in the client's name, their CRM, their calendar, their business phone number, remain the client's, along with the data in them.

No warranty. The Site and our services are provided as-is. While we work to keep systems monitored and running reliably, we don't guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted uptime, or that the Site will be error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzy Automation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
