Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of buzzyautomation.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Buzzy Automation LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services. We design, build, and run custom automated booking, lead capture, follow-up, and front-desk systems for appointment-based businesses, including independent med spas and aesthetics studios. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client before work begins.

The demo site. Buzzy Med Spa, linked from this Site, is a fictional business built to demonstrate our systems. No real payments are processed there, no real appointments are provided as a result of it, and any names or reviews shown are for illustration only.

Billing & cancellation. Setup is a one-time fee, invoiced as agreed in the client's proposal. Engagements then begin with a 90-day launch period and continue month-to-month after it, and either party may cancel at the end of the launch period or at any time thereafter with 30 days' notice. You keep ownership of your own accounts, data, and client list throughout and after the engagement.

No medical advice. We are not a medical provider. Nothing we build, including any AI-assisted messaging, is medical advice, and any clinical questions from a client's customers are the responsibility of that client's licensed staff, not us.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.

Intellectual property. The Site's design, copy, and code belong to Buzzy Automation LLC. Systems we build for a client run on our infrastructure and are licensed to that client for use while their engagement is active; our underlying tools, templates, and know-how remain ours. Accounts set up in the client's name — their CRM, their calendar, their business phone number — remain the client's, along with the data in them.

No warranty. The Site and our services are provided as-is. While we work to keep systems monitored and running reliably, we don't guarantee specific business results, uninterrupted uptime, or that the Site will be error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzy Automation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
