Why no prices on the page?
Because a number before the plan is a guess, and we do not guess with your money. The plan takes about a week. The price on it is the price.
What if the scope changes?
You sign a change order with a new number before anything changes. Nothing is added quietly.
Is the build plan really free?
Yes. It is yours whether or not you hire us. That is the point of it.
