Buzzy Automation is a Dallas-based automation studio. We build booking, lead, and follow-up systems for businesses that run on appointments — and we build them around how you already work, instead of handing you a platform and asking you to adapt. We cut our teeth on independent med spas, so that's the world we know deepest.

We started Buzzy because we kept watching skilled owner-operators lose thousands a month to problems that are completely solvable — not with another app to learn, but with a system that's built, connected, and quietly run for them.
The part we care most about is the built. Software companies sell you a platform and leave you to squeeze your business into it. We do it the other way round: we start with how your business actually runs, then build the system to match. It costs us more time. It's also the whole reason it works.
We learned this in med spas — we know their no-show patterns, their DM traffic, and we've drawn a hard line around treatment data on purpose. That grounding travels to any business whose revenue lives on a calendar. The hive works while you're with clients.
