Sizes up the cafe
Six quick questions: drinks a day, what people order, the espresso machine, the drip brewer, the taste they want, and where they are. The portal works out pounds a week and the price tier.
Suggests the right coffees
It picks an espresso, a drip coffee and a decaf that fit the cafe's gear and taste. If a coffee is skipped, the cafe is told why.
Prices by volume, above your floor
Bigger accounts pay less per pound, but no price goes under your cost plus the margin you set. You see the margin on every line.
Sends free samples
The cafe asks for samples in four fields. You get the request with its answers, and a pick list for the sample bags.
Sets up standing orders
Weekly or every two weeks, in full bags, on your delivery days, for three, six or twelve months. The price per pound drops as the order grows.
Runs the agreement
The order turns into a drafted supply agreement. You read it and approve it first. Then the cafe signs, and every delivery is booked.

We designed and built the Shopify store for Barista Plus Coffee, a Dallas roaster: 12 coffees, subscriptions, English and Spanish, and a wholesale inquiry form. That form is where most roasters' wholesale pages stop. The portal is the step after it.

Is the wholesale portal live for a roaster today?
Not yet. What you can try is an interactive demo with sample data. Each roaster's version is built on their own store, and the parts that save, send and charge are scoped in writing first.
What happens on the free walkthrough?
It takes 30 minutes and costs nothing. We go through the portal with your coffees and prices, and say plainly what your version would take. If it's a fit, you get a written quote with one fixed price.
What if my cafes won't log in?
Then a portal may not be the right first step. Many cafes order by text or email. We will say so on the call, and we can start by getting those orders into one list instead.
Does it work with my Shopify store?
That's how we build it: on your Shopify store, at your web address, so a cafe sees your name. On Basic, Grow and Advanced, Shopify allows up to three wholesale price lists for the whole store, so more tiers or one price per cafe take Shopify Plus or an app. If you're not on Shopify, tell us what you run and we'll say plainly whether it fits.
Who owns the data and the code?
You do. Your cafes, your prices and your agreements, and the code itself once the project is paid in full. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you.
