Platform or fully custom?
Both, deliberately. If Shopify already does payments, tax and inventory better than a custom build would, we use it and hand-build the parts that make it yours. Fully custom only where it earns its cost.
What if we stop working together?
You keep what is yours: the code we built for you once it is paid for, your accounts, your data, the documentation and the runbook. Nothing is hosted on our side that you can't move.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We promise the system is built to your written proposal and launched with monitoring set up. Outcomes depend on your business.
