Pickup, your van route, or freight. The cafe picks a day and how often. The order rounds up to full 5 lb bags, and the price per pound drops as the order grows.
An agreement you approve
The order becomes a drafted supply agreement. You read it and approve it before the cafe can sign. The text in this demo is a sample. Yours comes from your lawyer.
Deliveries that book themselves
One signature books every delivery for the term. The cafe can skip a week, swap a coffee or add bags from its account. The tier price updates by itself.

Barista Plus Coffee is a Dallas roaster owned by Will Zulu. We built their Shopify store from scratch: 12 coffees in three sizes and nine grinds, subscriptions the customer can skip or pause, English and Spanish, and a wholesale inquiry form. That form is where most roasters' wholesale pages stop. This demo is the step after it.

Is this something I can buy today?
It's a working demo of what we build. This page is the part you can see, with sample data. Your version is built on your store, with your coffees and your numbers, and scoped in writing before work starts.
Does it work with my Shopify store?
That's how we build it: on your Shopify store, at your web address, so a cafe sees your name. If you're not on Shopify, tell us what you run and we'll say plainly whether it fits.
Who owns the data and the code?
You do. Your cafes, your prices, your agreements and the code itself. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you.
Is the agreement ready to use?
No. It's a sample that shows how the pieces fit together. Before a real cafe signs anything, your lawyer reads it and you approve the wording. In your version, signing runs through an online signing service that keeps a record.
Can I change the roast loss, the costs and the floor?
Yes. They're your numbers. Open “Use my numbers” above the demo and type yours. A blank box keeps the demo value. In your version, they live in your settings along with the green cost of each coffee.
Where do the sample requests and orders go?
In this demo, nowhere. Nothing you type leaves your browser. In your version, each one lands in your inbox with the cafe's answers and the margin on every line, so you have what you need to say yes.
