There's no catch, but there is a limit.
We're a husband-and-wife team, and family-run businesses like yours are exactly who we build for. That also means we can only build a few of these at a time, which is the only reason it isn't open to everyone at once.
The demo comes with the consult because we'd rather spend the thirty minutes with you than send a link into the void. It also lets us build the thing around how you actually work rather than guessing. If it turns out we're not a fit, we'll say so on the call and you'll still leave knowing where your calendar is leaking.

We're Sheraz and Manha, a husband-and-wife team in Dallas. Sheraz handles the build and the calls, Manha handles the engineering. Family-run businesses are who we build for, because we are one.
That's also why we only take a few clients at a time, and why we can afford to build each system around the business instead of off a template. You'll never be handed to an account manager, because there isn't one.
We're new. So we carry the risk, not you.
You'd be one of our first clients. We're not going to pretend otherwise or show you testimonials we don't have. Here's what we put on the table instead, in writing:
- Your monthly doesn't start until you're live. Half the setup fee up front so we can start building, the rest when you go live — and the monthly begins the day your receptionist is actually answering, not the day you sign. You never pay a retainer for a system you can't use yet.
- If we're more than 30 days late, your first month is on us. The clock starts once you've given us what we asked for, and it pauses while we're waiting on something outside our hands — carrier approval for text messaging is the usual one. Short of that, being slow should cost us and not you.
- No annual contract. A 90-day launch period while we prove it works, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice. The big platforms in this space will ask you for twelve months.
- Your accounts and your client list are yours, not ours. Your CRM, your calendar, and your business phone number are set up in your name, and your leads and appointment history are yours to export whenever you want. If you leave, we switch our part off and step out — your accounts keep running without us.
- What stays ours is the automation itself. It runs on our servers and we maintain it, which is what the monthly pays for. We'd rather say that plainly now than have you discover it later.
- If something we built stops working, fixing it is free. It's never billable and never comes out of your included hours.
- We'll tell you if you don't need us. If the free consult shows a cheaper fix, we'll say so on the call, and you'll still have seen your own business running before you spent anything.
Founding rates are held for our first two clients and locked for life. After that the published list price applies — no countdown, no fake scarcity, just the actual number of spots.
