Watch an inquiry become a booking.

No dashboards to learn, nothing to babysit. Here's the whole path a real inquiry takes — from the moment it lands in your DMs, your website form, or a missed call, to a confirmed consult on your calendar.

We built a fake business. Go be a client.

A complete, working site with our receptionist on it — we built it as a med spa because that's the world we know best. Message her, pick a time, run a simulated checkout. Every screen is clickable and the receptionist is the real one. Yours would be built the same way, around your services instead.

Fair questions, honest answers.

Will automated messages feel impersonal to my clients?

That's the number-one worry, and the answer is no, because you stay in the loop. Replies are drafted in your business's voice, you approve bookings from your phone, and anything sensitive goes straight to a human. Your clients just experience a business that answers in minutes instead of hours.

I already have a front desk person. Does this replace them?

Not at all. It covers what they physically can't: the 9pm DM, the missed call while they're with a client, the follow-up nobody has time to send, sick days and vacations. It frees your person from chasing texts so they can take care of the client standing in front of them.

Do you only work with med spas?

No. Med spas are where we've done the most work and where we know the patterns cold, so it's the industry we point to for proof. The system underneath works for any business that runs on appointments — clinics, salons, studios, trades, consultants. If your revenue depends on a full calendar, it applies. We'll tell you honestly on the consult if your setup is one we haven't handled before.

Is this a platform I have to learn?

No, and that's the main difference between us and the software you've been pitched before. There's no dashboard to log into and no template your business has to fit. We look at how you already work, then build the system around that — your services, your hours, your wording, your rules. You approve things from your phone and we run everything behind it.

Can I change things later?

Yes, and you won't be charged for it. A new service, different hours, a reply you want worded another way — you ask and we change it. Every plan includes time each month for exactly that. Nothing is locked because a settings screen doesn't offer the option.

Is my client data safe?

We only touch scheduling and contact info, never your sensitive records, clinical notes, or client photos. That's a hard boundary. Credentials live in a password manager with least-privilege access, and you own your accounts and data throughout.

Does the AI ever answer medical or expert questions?

No, and that's deliberate. She handles scheduling, services, pricing, hours, and contact questions from a sheet you approve and can edit yourself. Anything clinical, medical, or otherwise expert gets handed to you or your staff instead of guessed at.

What if something breaks?

That's what the monthly plan buys: monitoring, alerts, and fixes. If something we built stops working we get pinged immediately and usually fix it before you'd notice — never billable, and never out of your included hours. Outages at a third party, like your calendar provider or your phone carrier, we'll chase for you, but we can't promise their timelines. A DIY tool fails silently and you find out from an angry client.

Couldn't I just use free booking tools, or build this myself?

Free booking tools are slot pickers for people already ready to book. They won't answer the 9pm DM, text back a missed call, chase a no-show, or win back a lapsed client. That's where the money leaks. DIY is 40+ hours to build plus ongoing maintenance when things silently break.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. There's a 90-day launch period while we prove it works, then it's month-to-month. You own your data and your accounts throughout.

How much does it cost?

Founding rates are $150, $250, and $300 a month — held for our first two clients and locked for life — plus a one-time setup of $1,500, $2,500, or $3,500 depending on the plan. After that the list price is $199, $349, and $399. Every plan and add-on price is published on our plans page, because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out what something costs. The one thing without a price is the voice receptionist, because it isn't built yet.

When do the text messages start working?

Not on day one, honestly. Text features need your business registered with the phone carriers first. We file that for you at signup and it usually clears in a few weeks. Your receptionist, your alerts, and everything email-based go live in week one regardless.

How do I know it's actually working?

Three ways: you'll experience it yourself the moment you submit our consult form, you'll see every booking land with your approval, and you'll get a monthly plain-English report showing leads caught, response times, bookings made, and no-shows saved.

I tried automation before and it felt spammy.

Then it was set up wrong. Ours runs with quiet hours, easy opt-outs, and a cadence you approve. This isn't blast marketing, it's the right message to the right person at a human hour.

Question not on the list?

Ask Bee. She's the same receptionist we'd build for your business, so you get to judge her while she answers you.

Ready to see this running on your calendar?

Thirty minutes, zero jargon. We'll map this exact system to your business — and build you a working demo of it, free, whether or not you go ahead.
